Open Account Settings by clicking your name on the green bar at the top of your screen. Select your business from the menu to update your business, respond to questions, view reports or add search keywords, products and deals.
These determine where your business appears in our Local Business directory. Category should represent your primary industry and keywords should represent specific services or products you offer.
Categories are displayed at the top level of the directory and keywords are displayed as Related Search Terms after someone has selected a category (or entered search criteria) to help potential customers find exactly what they're looking for.

Yes, but carefully. The news feed is primarily for information that's relevant and helpful to members of your community. Responding to someone who is asking about the services you provide is appropriate, helpful and relevant.
Plugging your services without adding value, building relationships or context is likely to be received poorly by other members. Ideally, other members who have had an excellent experience working with you will recommend your business when someone asks for a recommendation.
